Bromeo, a Chinese Crested dog bred in Marion County and the sole survivor of a litter of three pups 21 months ago, garnered the Best of Breed ribbon at the 149th Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show held in New York City on Feb. 10 and 11.
CH Kaylen’s Sommer No Ordinary Bromance (Bromeo’s formal name) was born May 12, 2023. The dog bested about 22 competitors and secured the honor at the prestigious show, which dates back to 1877.
