A Florida man came up with a pathetic excuse for why he tied up and choked his 4-year-old son during a game of “cops and robbers.”
Orlando Fernandez Jr., 29, was arrested this week by the Miami Police Department on aggravated child abuse and torture charges for allegedly abusing his son back in January at his home with his girlfriend, Law&Crime reported. His girlfriend confirmed to police that he abused the child on New Years Day.
