GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – The owner of National Vacuum, Bob DeRochemont, has died. His family confirmed to TV20 Bob died of liver cancer at the age of 86.
He was the longtime owner of National Vacuum, a business that got its start after DeRochemont began selling vacuums door to door after leaving the Navy in 1959.
