GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WFLA) — Along this Florida nature trail, it’s a gator-eat-gator world.
Video shows a large alligator, estimated to be upwards of 10 feet long, with a much smaller juvenile alligator trapped in its jaws.

The reptiles are a guaranteed sight along La Chua Trail in Gainesville, with dozens of the scaly creatures sunning themselves along the banks of canals and even on the trail itself.
In the video, the larger gator violently shakes the limp body of prospective lunch as gasping hikers look on.
“Alligator grabbed a small one,” Dawn Bolt, who filmed the encounter, said. “I’m from Grand Rapids visiting, and we saw a hundred gators. Huge ones. Guess they’re celebrating their victory !!”…
