A Marion County woman claims she slipped and fell at an Ocala area Publix in a recently filed lawsuit, marking the fifth such slip-and-fall lawsuit filed locally against the grocer since March 10.
Attorneys representing Valerie Rijos filed the lawsuit against Publix Super Markets, Inc., in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County on April 16.
