More than 20 recent graduates from all levels of education received advice from a Baptist preacher about how to stay the course while en route to living well.
“Don’t let the past hijack your happiness,” Tyrone A. Blue, pastor of First Missionary Baptist Church, told the graduates during the annual service at the church held to honor its graduates. “You’ll never walk into your purpose sitting around doing nothing.”
