A Summerfield teen was arrested for battery after attacking her brother while he played video games and recorded it live on social media.
Deputies responded to a physical disturbance at a home in Summerfield, around 10:50 p.m. Wednesday, according to an arrest report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. Upon arrival, he met 19-year-old Angilique Rivera who advised that she and her brother share a bedroom inside the residence.
Her brother was loudly playing video games, so she went to sleep on the couch in the living room. She went back into the bedroom to grab personal items when they got into a verbal altercation. Her brother was recording live on social media using his phone during the altercation, and this upset her.
Rivera proceeded to knock his phone down from the prop it was set up on. She then left the bedroom and cut the power off to the house. She went back into the bedroom where her brother continued to record the incident on social media, the report said…
