A Marion County woman has filed a lawsuit against a well known Ocala diner for injuries that she alleges she sustained after falling on a wet floor within the establishment.
Attorneys filed the lawsuit on behalf of Vanessa Jimenez against Darrell’s Diner in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County on June 10.
According to the complaint, Jimenez, who is from Marion County, was visiting the Darrell’s Diner located at 2506 SE 17th Street in Ocala on September 13, 2024.
