Convicted felon Hunter Destin caught after firing gun inside Marion County home, deputies say

MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – A convicted felon is back behind bars after allegedly firing a gun during a disturbance inside a Marion County home, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO).

MCSO says that Corporal Tripp responded to a shots-fired call in the 5400 block of Pecan Road. The investigation revealed that Hunter Destin fired a gun while inside a bedroom at the residence and fled the scene before deputies arrived.

Destin was found a few houses away and detained. Inside the home, MCSO says that deputies discovered a hole in a dresser and a spent round from the firearm…
