Attorneys representing the Marion County School Board have filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit from two Ocala parents who claim a teacher allegedly bullied their son before he committed suicide in 2023.
The motion to dismiss was filed in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County on Tuesday, July 1.
