GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Shalecia Labria Garrison, 33, was arrested yesterday and charged with intentionally hitting a man with her car in July 2024; she also allegedly hit and killed two ducks.
On July 2, 2024, the victim told a Gainesville Police Department officer that he and Garrison had gotten into a verbal argument because he was standing in the road and feeding ducks.
