Isn’t time that Marion County or the Florida Department of Transportation raise the height of the overpass on I-75 and SW 66th Street? Three times, I-75 interstate and SW 66th Street have been shutdown because the overpass height is too low.
I, for one, am tired of getting re-routed and stuck in traffic for over an hour to go 15 miles to get home. Soon the new school on SW 49th Avenue, near SW 66th Street, will be open and school busses with children will be traveling on SW 66th Street.
As a parent, to know that my child will be stuck on a school bus for over an hour to get home because FDOT won’t do their job is very alarming…
