Work will soon begin on the second phase of the $50 million Woodland Park redevelopment project in east Gainesville.
The new development will feature 144 newly constructed residential units, offering a mix of 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom floor plans to accommodate a variety of household sizes and needs. Each unit will be equipped with energy-efficient appliances, promoting sustainability and cost savings for residents, GHA officials wrote in an email to The Sun.
