U.S. News & World Report ranks 7 UF Health specialties among nation’s best

The 2025-26 U.S. News & World Report “Best Hospitals” report, released Tuesday, ranked seven UF Health Shands Hospital medical specialties among the country’s best.

The specialties recognized by U.S. News in the report are cancer (No. 39); geriatrics (No. 43); ear, nose and throat (No. 47); obstetrics and gynecology (No. 26); neurology and neurosurgery (No. 39); urology (No. 30); and pulmonology and lung surgery (No. 40), its 16th consecutive year ranked among the nation’s best.
