A well-being check at an Ocala residence led to the arrest of a 72-year-old man who was wanted in Louisiana for violating probation on armed robbery and attempted first-degree murder charges.
A corporal with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office responded to a home located on SE 50th Court in Ocala on Tuesday, August 12, in order to conduct a well-being check on an individual, according to the arrest report.
