A Villager’s son has landed back behind bars after flunking a drug test.

Timothy Harold Barnhorst, 52, who lives with his mother at 1107 Sayle St. in the Village of Virginia Trace, was being held without bond at the Marion County Jail for violating his probation.

Earlier this year, Barnhorst was placed under community control program for one and half years and ordered to seek a substance abuse evaluation. He was sentenced as the result of an early morning car crash in October. His vehicle hit a power pole and a gun and methamphetamine were recovered at the crash scene. At the time, he was already a convicted felon, previously convicted of burglary in Marion County…
