Woman with drugs arrested after found in house for sale in Summerfield

A Summerfield woman who was found trespassing in a house for sale received additional charges for drugs found on person.

Deputies responded to a burglary, later found to involve 27-year-old Vanessa Michelle Villanueva, in the 9000 block of SE 164th Place, Summerfield, at 11 p.m. Thursday, according to an arrest report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. The homeowner is selling the residence, and no one should have been in there.

Upon arrival, the deputies noticed the gates around the property were closed. There was also a blue for sale sign that stated, “Highlight Reality for Sale,” posted in the front yard. The homeowner then gave them permission to go inside the home and arrest anyone within, the report said.

Due to the back door being slightly open, they decided to go through there. They called out but got no answer. As they began to search the residence, one of the deputies heard a movement coming from the southeast bedroom, the report said…
