OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) – A Marion County man faces DUI and child neglect charges after he was pulled over on suspicion of driving drunk while having a child in the back seat.
Alezer Hernandez-Velez, 27, was pulled over near Sunrise Elementary School on Sunday, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, for failing to stop at a stop sign.
