Every day I see people lining up on the shoulder to merge off I-75 south bound at exit 341. It is illegal to drive on the shoulder for anything other than hurricane evacuations and emergency vehicles.
I will continue to pass them in the actual merging lane, and if and when they cause an accident, they will be found at fault.
