A scary man was arrested after refusing to leave a local Circle K.
A Marion County sheriff’s deputy responded at about 6 a.m. Thursday to the Circle K at U.S. Hwy. 27 at Sunset Harbor Road in Summerfield where 42-year-old Brian Luther had refused to leave the premises.
The Circle K manager told the deputy that several times he had ordered Luther to leave the store, but Luther refused. Luther alternated between the store and the parking lot for several hours before the deputy had been called.
