A Summerfield woman going through a polygamous breakup was arrested for battery after allegedly pushing her ex-girlfriend’s head during an argument.
A deputy responded to a disturbance at the residence of 26-year-old Devon Devarah Louise Driscoll, located at 14540 SE 90th Ter., around 10 p.m. Tuesday, according to an arrest report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
Driscoll wanted her ex-boyfriend and ex-girlfriend to get kicked out of the house. She was in a polygamous relationship with the two, and they had since broken up. She wanted them out, but they legally still lived there despite her claiming they were moving out earlier without ever doing so, the report said.
She advised that there was an incident on the front porch where she was arguing with her ex-girlfriend and went to “storm” past her. As she walked past to go downstairs, she put her left hand in her ex-girlfriend’s face without touching her. Her ex-girlfriend responded by pushing her, causing her to fall down the few stairs of the porch, the report said…
