Woman upset about phone repair turns violent at local Walmart

A woman who got upset when she was told her phone could not be repaired was arrested after tuning violent at a local Walmart.

Kimberly Noelle Martin, 38, of Summerfield, is facing a felony charge of battery on a law enforcement officer following her arrest Thursday night at the Walmart in Summerfield.

After she was informed her phone could not be repaired, Martin began arguing with store personnel, according to an arrest report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. Unhappy with the information she was given, Martin demanded to have another employee help her. She was finally told to leave the store.
