GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – Alachua County Sheriff’s deputies say they responded to a call of alleged battery at the Gainesville Supermarket Thursday night.
Upon arrival, they talked with the alleged victim, who said he was struck by Juan Francisco Martinez Reyes,43, after the two had argued over a stolen flashlight.
