A motorcyclist was killed in a fatal accident on East Silver Springs Boulevard/State Road 40 in Ocala on Saturday morning, marking at least the 19th such fatality in Marion County this year.
The fatal accident took place in the 4200 block of E Silver Springs Boulevard on Saturday, October 4.
