GAINESVILLE, Fla. – A 39-year-old woman was killed on Sunday after two vehicles hit her while she was walking in the roadway.
According to a Gainesville Police Department spokesman, at about 9:10 p.m. on October 12, the woman was walking in the roadway in the 3400 block of NW 16th Avenue when a Dodge Challenger, traveling eastbound, struck her. She was then hit again by a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck and was pronounced deceased at the scene of the accident…
