An Ocala man accused of leaving on his sprinkler system to repeatedly douse his neighbor’s disabled adult children with water, has been formally charged by prosecutors.
Marion County Court records show that on Monday, October 6, the following charges were filed against 61-year-old Antonio Roman: four counts of stalking, two counts of battery, and two counts of abuse of an elderly person or disabled adult.
