GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – A man was arrested on the charge of attempted murder after officers say he stabbed another man eight times during a brawl in downtown Gainesville this weekend.
According to the arrest report for Brandon Goodin, 21, the victim left a bar in downtown Gainesville around 2 a.m. on Sunday with two other people. Another group of people also left the bar and got into an argument with the victim’s group.
As the two groups walked on Main Street near Second Avenue, Goodin interjected himself into the arguement despite not being a part of either group…
