ALACHUA, Florida – The Alachua Police Department is investigating a major burglary that occurred early Saturday morning, October 25, 2025, at Fundora Jewelry in the Rolling Oaks Plaza.
At approximately 1:40 a.m., officers responded to an alarm at the store, located at 15202 NW 147th Drive, Suite 400. When officers arrived, the building appeared secure, and no exterior signs of forced entry were found.
Around 5:00 a.m., officers met with the business owner and discovered that unknown suspect(s) had entered the store by cutting a hole through the roof. Once inside, they forced open a safe and stole an estimated $200,000 worth of jewelry before fleeing the scene…
