GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Kendall James Dacosta, 20, of Newberry, was arrested yesterday after allegedly fleeing from law enforcement on a motorcycle with no tag; a search incident to arrest reportedly produced a gun that had been stolen in Miami Gardens.
At about 7:46 a.m. on November 4, a Florida Highway Patrol trooper saw a motorcycle driving eastbound on the sidewalk along NW 39th Avenue between NW 34th Street and NW 43rd Street; the trooper reported that traffic was heavy in the area, due to a crash at the intersection of NW 39th Avenue and NW 34th Street…
