Former Shands Employee Sentenced to 18 Months in Prison for Domestic Battery by Strangulation and Witness Tampering

On October 28, Christian Thedrick Bradley, 41, was sentenced to 18 months in prison following a no contest plea and conviction for domestic battery by strangulation and tampering with a witness.

Facing up to ten years in prison for the felonies, Bradley took a plea deal that was accepted by Judge David Kreider.

According to the police report, on June 25, 2025, Bradley and the victim were in an argument regarding finances and cleaning supplies. As the argument progressed, Bradley grew angrier, culminating in him forcing the victim onto a bed with his hands around her throat. The victim kicked Bradley off her and yelled for someone to call 911, prompting Bradley to run away from the area…
