A Summerfield woman was arrested for trespassing at a bar in Summerfield near The Villages.
A deputy spotted 45-year-old Jessica Beryl Rhoades in the parking lot of DJ & Gina’s Lounge on U.S. Hwy. 441 at 12:25 a.m. Tuesday, according to an arrest report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
He knew Rhoades had been trespassed by management on June 12, so he detained her in his patrol vehicle while he went to speak with employees of the bar. The senior bartender, who also recognized Rhoades, confirmed she was still unwelcome at the business. She had even come inside the bar several hours earlier and was told at that time that she was trespassing and needed to leave, the report said.
Rhoades was subsequently charged with trespass (fail to leave property on order of owner) and transported to Marion County Jail to be held without bond…
