An assisted living and memory support facility in southwest Ocala was just sold for nearly $15 million.
Brentwood at Fore Ranch was purchased by Ocala AL Propco LLC for $14,841,941.90 from Ocala Real Estate LLC on November 24, according to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts.
According to state corporate records, Ocala AL Propco LLC is owned by Eric Abel of Baltimore Maryland. The business has a registered address in Wilmington, Delaware. Ocala Real Estate LLC is registered to Ocala Holdings LLC, which is owned by Larry Morgan of Tampa.
According to property records, Ocala Real Estate LLC purchased the site from Fore Ranch Senior Living LLC for $17 million in 2015.
