A Marion County jury took less than 30 minutes to return a guilty verdict last week against 28-year-old Malachi Immanuel Stocker, convicting him on multiple charges related to the solicitation of a minor.
Presiding over the case was the Honorable Judge Timothy T. McCourt. Stocker was found guilty of Traveling to Meet a Minor, Soliciting a Child for Unlawful Sexual Conduct, and Unlawful Use of a Two-way Device. Sentencing has been deferred to a later date.
