TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCJB) — A new bill proposed by a state representative would provide Florida women with assistance during and after menopause.
The legislation, if passed, would require the Health Department to educate and reach out to women experiencing menopause and perimenopause. This would include information about the safety and effectiveness of hormone replacement therapy and alternative therapies.
