An Ocala senior assisted living community was just purchased for $14.7 million by a company that operates dozens of similar facilities across Florida and the Southeast.
According to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts, The Glen at Ocala was sold by Canterfield of Ocala, LLC for $14,660,000 to VTR Ocala, LLC.
Located at 9589 SW State Road 200, The Glen at Ocala offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care services.
