An Ocala man has been arrested on attempted murder and arson charges after his wife alleged that he intentionally ignited a fire in their bedroom.
On Sunday, November 30, Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a local residence after receiving reports of a house fire. When deputies arrived on-scene, they spoke with a female victim who advised that her husband, 51-year-old Alfonza Everet Green, had set their bedroom on fire, according to the arrest report.
