A proposal to build a new residential subdivision featuring more than 300 homes in Silver Springs Shores will go before the Marion County Planning and Zoning Commission later this month.
During its meeting on Monday, December 29, the commission will consider a rezoning request from Midway 65, LLC to convert a 110-acre parcel from Single-Family Dwelling (R-1) to a Planned Unit Development (PUD).
