Alachua County, FL – Nearly three decades later, investigators are again asking for the public’s help in solving the 1997 homicide of a woman found dead along a rural roadway north of Gainesville.
According to the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office, Beverly Springer was 38 years old when her body was discovered on December 23, 1997, in the 11000 block of North County Road 225, approximately one mile north of Gainesville Raceway.
