Gainesville and Alachua County residents will enjoy warmer weather this Christmas; however, temperatures are expected to plunge as revelers prepare to ring in 2026.
According to information from the National Weather Service, the high temperature on Christmas Day will be near 78 degrees. Christmas night will see a low of around 54 degrees.
