OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) – A woman was arrested on animal abuse charges after two dogs were found starving in a home in Marion County.
Stephanie Delcastillo, 36, was booked into the Marion County Jail on two counts of animal abuse on Friday. She was released the same day after posting a $5,000 bond.
