A driver who violated the Move Over Law was caught with drugs at the Village of Fenney.
Luis Alberto Garcia, 25, of Morriston, was driving a silver 2009 Toyota Corolla at 8 p.m. Saturday when he passed by a law enforcement vehicle and failed to reduce his speed or move over to an adjacent lane, according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department. A traffic stop was initiated in the area of Warm Springs Avenue and County Road 515.
When the officer approached Garcia’s car, the odor of burnt marijuana was detected. A search of the vehicle turned up marijuana, cocaine and drug paraphernalia…
