GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – Organizers announced a date for a celebration of life for Hilary Hynes, a well-known advocate for animal welfare in Alachua County. She died in November 2025.
The celebration of life for Hynes will be held on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Depot Park pavilions. All are welcome to attend.
