OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) – Marion County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a woman accused of ramming a car with children inside in a Dollar General store parking lot.
According to the arrest report for Kayla Agee, 26, she got into an argument on Saturday with a woman in the parking lot. Agee was apparently upset that the other woman left her kids in her car while she went inside the store.
Deputies say Agee then intentionally rammed her car into the other woman’s vehicle with her children inside. Agee then sped away from the store.
She was later arrested at a Circle K store on West Highway 40 in Ocala. Agee was booked into the Marion County Jail on charges of child abuse, aggravated battery, and criminal mischief. She was released from jail on Sunday…
