A 62-year-old homeless man, who was arrested four months ago by Ocala police at a convenience store where he is trespassed, is still incarcerated as he awaits trial in April for touching the wrist of one of the officers who detained him.
Rodney Sebastion Harmon has been incarcerated at the Marion County jail since September 8, 2025, when he was arrested outside of the Big Apple convenience store located at 1943 W State Road 40.
