A Delaware woman has filed a lawsuit against the HITS Ocala Winter Circuit and a local man after her horse was allegedly attacked and bitten by a dog that had a “propensity for violence” due to its breed.
Shoshana Altschuler filed the complaint in Marion County Circuit Court against Horse Shows In The Sun (HITS) Ocala on December 18, 2025.
