An Ocala resident has started the new year with a six-figure windfall after she purchased a winning lottery ticket worth $150,000 at a local grocery store.
Stephanie Lynn Mitchell claimed the top prize from the Florida Lottery’s “LOTERIA” scratch-off game on Tuesday, Jan. 6.
