A massive horse training facility in northwest Marion County that has produced multiple Kentucky Derby and Preakness winners was sold for $6.5 million.
Marion County Clerk of Court records show that Watching Park Farm, located at 14840 W State Road 40, was sold for $6.5 million to D & B Scanlon Holdings, LLC, on January 1.
D & B Scanlon Holdings, LLC is owned by David Scanlon and his wife, Blair King.
