A proposal to construct a 329-home subdivision in Silver Springs Shores is heading to the Marion County Board of County Commissioners for a final decision next week.
On Tuesday, Jan. 20, commissioners will vote on a request by Midway 65, LLC to rezone a 110-acre site from Single-Family Dwelling (R-1) to Planned Unit Development (PUD).
The project, dubbed “Fawn Lake Estates,” is slated for a property located north of Bahia Trace and Hickory Course Loop in Silver Springs Shores. The site does not have an address…
