An Ocala man has filed a lawsuit against a local hookah lounge and its landlord, claiming that a lack of adequate security led to him being beaten up during a fight that spilled into the parking lot.
Jerome Blunt filed the complaint on Monday, Jan. 12, in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County against Lava Sports Bar, Inc. (doing business as Lava Hookah Lounge) and College Park Plaza LLC.
