Woman injured by toilet paper dispenser at RaceTrac near I-75, lawsuit alleges

A Georgia woman has filed a lawsuit against an Ocala gas station, alleging that a trip to the restroom ended in “significant injuries” caused by a malfunctioning toilet paper dispenser.

Pauline Frederick-Hicks, of Gwinnett County, Georgia, filed the complaint against RaceTrac, Inc. on Dec. 26 in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County.
